1. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment has been confirmed.
• Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without notice, though confirmed orders will honor the price paid.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party partners, Flutterwave and IntaSend. We do not have access to your full card or mobile money credentials.

2. Personalized & Custom Items

Many of our products are personalized to your specifications (names, messages, photos). Please review your customization details carefully before checking out — once production has started on a personalized item, it cannot be changed or cancelled. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how this affects returns.

3. Delivery

Delivery costs and estimated timelines are shown at checkout based on your selected location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (traffic, courier delays, weather, stock availability).

4. Accounts & Guest Checkout

You may check out as a guest using your name, phone number and email, or create an account to track your order history. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product photography, logos and text — belongs to In My Words unless otherwise stated, and may not be reused without our permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to describe our products accurately and deliver them safely. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
